Common Tree Emergencies We Handle

Every emergency is different, but we frequently respond to the following issues in Fredericton:
  • Storm-damaged trees: High winds and ice can split trunks, drop limbs, or uproot entire trees. Our storm-damaged tree removal process prioritizes safety and speed.
  • Trees leaning dangerously: A sudden lean, especially after a storm, is a hazard waiting to happen. We stabilize or remove the tree before it collapses.
  • Fallen trees blocking access: When trees obstruct driveways, sidewalks, or roads, we provide immediate clearance.
  • Trees near power lines: Working near electrical infrastructure requires special certification and coordination.
  • Dead or diseased trees: Weak or infested trees, including those affected by emerald ash borer, are prone to collapse and require urgent care.
Emergency tree services require more than a person with a chainsaw; they demand training, caution, and local expertise.

We had huge trees that were close to neighbouring buildings. Matt did an incredible job of taking them down and removed all debris, even cleaning up with his blower. He was the best price in town, and we are absolutely thrilled with his professional and courteous service. He even went beyond his promised scope of work to remove an unsightly stump that has been there for many years. He didn't charge extra for this. He is insured, he has a bucket truck and chipper, and he is absolutely wonderful to deal with. Hire him!

He removed a tree that fell on our house and made a stressful situation much easier to deal with. He did an excellent cleanup at the end of the job, leaving no trace of the giant tree. I would not hesitate to call Matt for any tree related jobs in the future.

Storm damage and fallen trees can put your property and family at risk. Here are questions homeowners in Fredericton often ask us about emergency tree removal.

Do you offer 24/7 emergency tree removal in Fredericton?

Yes. We provide 24/7 emergency tree removal and respond promptly when a tree poses an immediate safety risk. Call us directly, and our team will prioritize your situation based on urgency.

Can you remove trees damaged by storms or high winds?

Yes. Storm damage is one of the most common reasons homeowners call us. We handle partially fallen trees, split trunks, hanging limbs, and trees leaning against structures. After a major storm, we also assess surrounding trees for hidden damage.

What equipment is used for emergency tree removal?

Depending on the job, we use chainsaws, aerial lifts, rigging systems, and wood chippers. For tight access near buildings or power lines, we use hand–rigging techniques to lower sections safely without dropping them.

How can I prevent future tree emergencies?

Regular pruning reduces the risk significantly. Our team also offers preventative pruning and cabling to support vulnerable trees before the next storm. A professional arborist assessment gives property owners the best picture of which trees need attention.

Do you provide cleanup and debris removal after an emergency?

Yes. Our emergency service includes debris removal, wood chipping, and full site clearing. We restore your property’s safety and accessibility before we leave.

How quickly can you respond to an emergency?

Response time depends on current demand and the nature of the situation. We prioritize calls involving storm damage, blocked access, and immediate safety risks. We recommend calling us directly rather than emailing when time is critical.
