Frequently Asked Questions

Are you insured?

Absolutely! We carry $5 million in general liability, as well as $2 million in personal liability. Our certificate of insurance is viewable on our website and Facebook page. 

What payment methods do you accept?

Our preferred method of payment is through Interac E-transfer. It is quick, convenient, and secure for all parties involved. 


Realizing that this method may not be accessible to everyone we also accept payment via cheque, cash, debit, and credit card.

Do you deliver wood chips?

Yes! Give us a call/text (506-262-9663) or send us an email (info@heartwoodtreecare.ca) to let us know how much you're looking for and to get on our drop list. While we cannot guarantee an exact date for delivery, we aim to give you a day or two notice. Under no circumstances will we deliver anything without your consent. 


PLEASE NOTE: The chips are free, however depending on location a small delivery fee may apply. 

Do you offer stump grinding?

We are currently not equipped to offer stump removal as a service. 

Do you have a bucket truck?

No. Our trained arborists safely access trees through industry recognized rope climbing techniques.

Do you rent out your equipment?

No. For liability and maintenance reasons we do not rent out, nor allow the general public to use, any of our equipment.
